Delivery

Even if you ordered goods from one seller, it might be they are sent at different times and in different packages.

Why?

  • The goods may be stored in different warehouses, which are located in different parts of the country.
  • Perhaps one of the items is in stock, so it’s sent immediately, and the other is temporarily out of stock.

After the order is sent (if tracking is included) it can take 3-5 days for the tracking information to be updated.

Small items under £5 are often untracked from China due to the price

If item is tracked you will be sent the tracking number and company

Delivery depends on the product location. The default location is China. We also ship from USA, Spain, Italy, Czech, Poland etc.

Delivery from China is available to;

UK, USA, CANADA, EU, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND

Delivery from local warehouses is available to the warehouse location

If you are buying from the UK you can choose warehouse China, UK, Poland, Spain

If your order has been paid then the seller is already preparing it for shipment. We give sellers 7 days to send the parcel and provide us with a tracking number. Rember Items under £10 may not have tracking due to the cost however the item should be marked shipped. If tracking is available it will be added to the order.

Some orders may have increased fulfillment times during holidays. We thank you for your patience and will do our best to ship your items quickly as soon as it’s possible.

If you order from a local warehouse e.g Spain delivering to Spain you do not need to worry about customs tax.

For shipments from China some countries will charge some importing tax in customs, particularly in Europe. If customs tax is requested,buyer are responsible for it ,If buyer does not clear customs and the item is returned then we are unable to refund the payment.

If the order did not arrive within the specified time, please note that:

– The shipping company will try their best to deliver the order within the Deliver time

– If you still have not received goods after 5 days of estimated contact us to apply for a refund.

Orders from Local Warehouses have up to 30 days to deliver the item and from China 95 Days.

Most products are shipped with Free delivery worldwide however for heavy items or rural locations we may charge a fee or it may be we cannot delivery to some rural areas due to te cost. When you checkout any additional charges will be visible however we reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery is cost prohibitive.

If you received a defective, non-functioning, low quality product or if the product you received was damaged during the shipping process, please contact our Customer Support team! We will analyze the situation and decide on a partial or full refund.

How do I send a support request?

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Choose the order that you are not satisfied with
  3. Contact Support with Order number
  4. Describe the product you received and attach photo proof of your dispute.

IMPORTANT: Quality claims are accepted within 30 days after you receive the goods.

IMPORTANT: Our Customer Support agent may ask you to provide additional evidence, such as photos or videos.

Can my refund request be denied?

Yes, if:

  • more than 30 days have passed since the goods were delivered;
  • the quality of the goods corresponds to the description provided by the seller
  • The defect of the goods cannot be identified on the provided photos / videos
  • video or photo evidence provided is modified, retouched or otherwise falsified.

When will I get money back?

The money will be returned to the account from which you paid, within 7-14 days after the order changes its status to Refunded.
